Reseller Fair Use Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
Reseller wholesale pricing exists solely for genuine resellers: people who buy credits to activate and sell the service to their own customers. This policy protects that pricing and keeps things fair for everyone. By purchasing a reseller credit package, you accept these terms.
⚠️ Important: the wholesale discount is not for personal or family use. If you want the service for yourself, use the regular price in the store.
1. What a reseller account is for
- It is exclusively for reselling the service to third parties (your end customers).
- Credits are used to activate your customers' lines, not for your own consumption.
- The discounted price is a benefit for those who generate real resales.
2. Minimum activity requirement
📊 To keep your reseller account and pricing, you must have at least 5 active lines within the first 3 months of your first purchase. If the account has not reached 5 active lines by then, the reseller account is removed and you lose the wholesale price (you can continue as a regular customer via the store).
This requirement distinguishes a genuine reseller —who activates lines for several customers— from someone seeking wholesale pricing for personal use.
👤 Can you have your own personal account? Yes — one personal account for your own use is allowed, loading a maximum of 3 months of service at a time. But it is considered personal use (not reselling) if you:
- load more than 3 months of service at once onto your own account (e.g. putting 12 months by spending 12 of your 25 credits on a single account);
- have a single account whose line connects from the same IP you use to log into the reseller panel (it's your own connection);
- use more than one line for your own consumption; or
- over a 3-month period, half or more of your credits go to your own use.
In those cases the misuse policy applies (reconversion to customer pricing and/or removal of the reseller account).
3. Misuse (prohibited)
The following are considered misuse, among others:
- Claiming to be a reseller when you are not, in order to pay wholesale pricing for personal use.
- Using credits for your own or your family's consumption instead of selling them.
- Having no real customers and generating no third-party activations.
- Concentrating all or most lines on the same IP, network, device, or location — a clear sign of personal use rather than reselling.
4. How we detect it
- Connection monitoring: if most of the account's active lines connect from the same IP, network, or location, it is treated as personal use.
- No reselling pattern: lines with no diversity of customers, devices, or areas.
- We may request a basic verification of your reselling activity when there are indications of misuse.
5. Consequences
In case of misuse, we apply the following, in escalating order:
- First warning: we contact you to regularize. You may continue as a genuine reseller or move to a normal customer plan.
- Price reconversion: you lose the wholesale discount. The service moves to end-customer (retail) pricing.
- Repeat or serious cases: suspension or cancellation of the reseller account.
- No refunds: credits used for personal use, or the discount obtained through a false declaration, are non-refundable.
6. Want the service for yourself?
No problem — buy a regular plan in the store. Reseller pricing does not apply to personal use.
7. Good faith
If you are a legitimate reseller, none of this affects you. This policy applies only to those who use wholesale pricing for their own consumption while misrepresenting their reselling activity. Thank you for helping us keep fair conditions across the entire reseller network.
