Terms of Service

Welcome to M327 TV Latino. These terms govern use of the service. By purchasing, subscribing, or using the service, you accept these terms in full.

1. Definitions

  • "Service": access to streaming content delivered by M327 TV Latino via username and password credentials.
  • "Customer" / "you": a person 18+ purchasing the service.
  • "Plan": fixed-duration package (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) or recurring subscription.
  • "Credentials": personal, non-transferable username and password.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to purchase. By paying you declare the information you provide (email, phone, payment data) is true and yours.

3. Use of service

  • Credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or publish them.
  • Standard plan allows up to 3 simultaneous devices. More connections trigger automatic suspension.
  • Service is for personal home use. Public reproduction (bars, lounges, events) requires a separate commercial license we do not offer.
  • Recording, redistribution, retransmission, or capturing content for distribution is prohibited.

4. Recurring subscriptions

If you choose an auto-renewal plan:

  • You authorize M327 TV Latino, via PayPal, to charge you automatically at the end of each period (every 30 days for monthly).
  • You will receive an email confirmation for each successful charge.
  • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your portal or your PayPal account.
  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the already-paid period. Service continues to end of current cycle.
  • If an auto-charge fails, we notify you by email. You have 7 days to resolve. After that, service is suspended.

5. Service delivery

  • Once payment is received and verified, we send credentials by email and/or WhatsApp within hours (typically 5 minutes to 2 hours; max 24 hours).
  • Manual payments (Zelle, Cash App, ATH Móvil, transfer) require manual verification, up to 24 business hours.
  • Service is considered delivered when credentials are sent, regardless of when you first use them.

6. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running 24/7, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upstream provider issues, your ISP, or force majeure. Brief interruptions (under 24h) do not entitle compensation. Larger outages are evaluated case-by-case under our Refund Policy.

7. Content

The catalog of channels, movies, series, and events may change without notice due to licensing, territorial rights, or distributor decisions. We do not guarantee that a specific channel or event will remain permanently available. The catalog at m327tvlatino.com/en/channels is referential.

8. Device compatibility

Service works on: Amazon Fire Stick / Fire TV, Android (phone, tablet, TV Box), iPhone / iPad, Smart TV (Samsung, LG with IPTV app), Roku (with IPTV app), Windows PC, and Mac. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before buying. We offer a free 2-hour trial. Buying without testing and then claiming incompatibility is not grounds for refund.

10. Payment

Accepted: PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Cash App, Zelle, ATH Móvil, and cryptocurrency. Prices are in USD. Local taxes are customer responsibility when applicable.

11. Refunds and cancellations

All refund, cancellation, and dispute requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Read it in full before purchasing.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel service without refund if you:

  • Share credentials with third parties.
  • Repeatedly exceed the simultaneous device limit.
  • Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Initiate chargebacks/disputes without first contacting support.
  • Provide false data or use fraudulent payment methods.
  • Harass or abuse the support team.
  • Violate any applicable law in using the service.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M327 TV Latino is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost opportunities/data/revenue, content unavailability at a given time, or issues caused by your hardware/software/internet. Maximum liability for any claim is the amount paid by the customer in the last 6 months.

14. Intellectual property

Streamed content is owned by its respective rights holders. M327 TV Latino acts as a technological intermediary. Use beyond personal home use may infringe third-party rights and is the user's responsibility.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above indicates the current version. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use implies acceptance.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mediation. If not possible, jurisdiction lies in the competent courts of Florida, USA.

17. Severability

If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, remaining clauses remain in effect.
