Refund and Cancellation Policy

Read this before purchasing. By completing a payment at M327 TV Latino, you confirm you have read and accepted this policy. This page governs all disputes, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Nature of the service (important)

M327 TV Latino is a digital streaming access service. The service is considered delivered and consumed the moment we send you your access credentials (username and password), regardless of whether you use them. This is the industry standard for non-physical digital services.

Each plan has a fixed duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) starting when you receive your credentials. Time elapsed is non-refundable — it is service already rendered.

2. 7-day technical guarantee

If within the first 7 calendar days after receiving your credentials, the service does not work technically and our team cannot resolve it, we offer:

  • 100% credit usable for a future plan, or
  • Pro-rated refund for unused time (customer's choice).

This guarantee applies only when:

  • There is a verifiable technical issue (service down, credentials don't work, prolonged absence of advertised channels).
  • You first contacted support (WhatsApp or chat) and gave the team reasonable time (24-48h) to diagnose and fix.
  • The issue is NOT caused by: your internet connection, incompatible device, incorrect setup, or force majeure.

3. Non-refundable cases

Due to the digital nature of the service, we do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • "I changed my mind" / "I don't want it anymore" / "I bought it by mistake."
  • I don't have time to use it / I forgot.
  • My device is not compatible (compatibility list is published before purchase).
  • My internet is slow or unstable.
  • I found a cheaper provider.
  • I bought without testing first (we offer a free 2-hour trial; testing before buying is your responsibility).
  • More than 7 days have passed since you received credentials.
  • I shared my credentials with others and the account got blocked for misuse.

4. Recurring subscriptions (auto-renewal)

If you chose a plan with auto-renewal:

  • You can cancel at any time from your portal at m327tvlatino.com/en/my-account or via WhatsApp.
  • Upon cancellation, your service stays active until the end of the already-paid period. The current period is not pro-rated or refunded.
  • No further automatic charges will occur after cancellation.
  • We will email a cancellation confirmation. Keep it as proof.

5. Mandatory dispute process

If you have any issue with the service, the correct process is always in this order:

  1. Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp (+1 689 319 9503) or web chat. We have 24-48 business hours to diagnose.
  2. Step 2: If the team cannot resolve within reasonable time, we evaluate credit or pro-rated refund per Section 2.
  3. Step 3: If you disagree with resolution, escalate by email to m327tvlatino@gmail.com.

6. Policy against improper disputes (chargebacks)

⚠️ Important section. Please read.

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or claim with your bank/PayPal without first contacting our support and exhausting the process described above is considered misuse of consumer protection mechanisms.

If we receive a chargeback under these conditions:

  • Your service is immediately suspended.
  • You go on a permanent block list — you cannot purchase again under any associated email/phone.
  • We submit complete evidence to the processor (PayPal, bank): chat captures, IP logs, credential delivery date and time, sent messages, proof of working service, and this policy accepted at purchase.
  • Merchant success rate in these cases is very high. You will lose the dispute, the charge will be re-applied, plus blacklist.

The correct process is always to contact us first. We resolve the vast majority of issues in under 24 hours.

7. How approved refunds are processed

  • Processed to the original payment method (PayPal → PayPal, card → card, crypto → original wallet).
  • Timeline: 5-15 business days depending on processor.
  • Manual payment refunds (Zelle, Cash App, ATH Móvil) processed within 7 business days.
  • Refund calculated on amount paid, less processor fees when applicable.

8. Reseller / credits

Reseller credit packages are final and non-refundable once applied to the panel. Unused credits last up to 12 months from purchase.

9. Manual renewals (non-auto)

For customers with manual renewal: the plan ends on the date stated when you received credentials. There is no obligation to renew. If you don't renew, you simply lose access at the end of the period. You can re-purchase anytime and we'll keep your data as a returning customer.

10. Fraud and misuse

We reserve the right to cancel without refund any account involved in:

  • Massive credential sharing (more than 3 simultaneous devices).
  • Unauthorized resale of the service.
  • Use of stolen cards or fraudulent payments.
  • Identity theft or false data at registration.
  • Harassment of the support team.

11. Evidence retention

We retain for 5 years: payment records, credential delivery date/time, support conversations, service usage IPs, and acceptance of this policy at purchase. This evidence is used solely to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
